Born in the England into a multicultural home, I spent my childhood in both Australia and the UK.
I’ve been a partner in a health food business for 20 years and a chef for 30 years. Being in a kitchen up to 15 hours a day can be tricky while also raising a child, running a home, keeping a healthy diet and a workout regime. To achieve this, you need to be eating healthy to provide the energy required to enjoy all aspects of your life. Nutrition is key.
My new venture is Veast (a vegan feast). We make vegan take away food that is the quality of eating in a restaurant. Veast will transition into an eclectic Bristol City Centre Supper Club when the social distancing time is right.
